Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee will apply for any appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled treatment time. Clients who cancel within this window or do not show for their appointment will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
If you need to cancel within 24 hours, please call 585-482-5060 and leave a message with your name, appointment time, and reason for cancellation.
